At Blanc, every piece is made with care. We want you to feel confident in every order.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. For hygiene and quality-control reasons, accepted items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Before Accepting Delivery
We ask that you inspect your item carefully when the courier arrives — check the product, size, and condition before accepting. If anything is not right, you may return the item immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.
After Accepting Delivery
Once an order has been accepted and the courier has left, we are unable to process returns or refunds. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our pieces and ensure every customer receives a new, unworn item.
Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
